Additional Information & Tips Before You Book
Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Clients who fail to provide sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
Terms of Payment:
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfers for your convenience.
Discounts:
We offer exclusive discounts for students and NHS staff. Proof of entitlement is required (e.g. a valid NUS card). Please note that discounts do not apply to monthly promotions.
Health:
Your wellbeing is our priority. Please inform us of any relevant health concerns, including recent surgeries, allergies, or high/low blood pressure, before booking your appointment.
Parking:
The Tranquilstate retreat is easily accessible via road, rail, or tube. Complimentary parking is available.
Station Collection:
For your convenience, we offer a collection and return service from our local overground and underground stations. (Minimum spend applies, please enquire when booking.)
